Founder’s Story

John Storm has spent more than 20 years in the construction industry. He began as a finish carpenter, crafting cabinets and installing trim, where he developed a strong sense of precision and pride in quality workmanship. Over time, he took on general contracting projects focused on structural repairs and moisture-related damage, including the kind caused by termites and fungus.

While partnering with a termite company to handle repairs, John became increasingly interested in the inspection side of the business. He wanted to understand how to detect early signs of damage and prevent costly issues before they worsened. That drive led him to become a licensed termite inspector.

He eventually became the lead inspector at the company, completing hundreds of inspections across Southern California. From small homes to large apartment buildings, John earned a reputation for thorough work and clear, honest reporting.
